Information Collection and Its Use
From time to time, we may ask you to provide us with personal information via e-mail or on registration forms managed by FANTRAC. Personal information includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other piece of information that tells another person who you are. This contact information is used only to send you information that you have requested. We will not make this personal information available to any third party at any time without your consent. You may opt-out of receiving future information from us at any time. While we will make every possible effort to protect your personal information, no data transfer over the Internet is 100% secure. Because of this, we can not guarantee complete security for information sent to us, and subsequently all information is provided to us at your own risk. We use e-mail links throughout the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. The information we receive from you is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may file your comments to improve the site, or review and discard the information. Your personal information is not shared with third parties.

FANTRAC automatically logs your IP address, the log files are deleted after 30 days. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information. 

From time to time, FANTRAC may display ads on our site and in e-mail communications. These ads may contain cookies. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by the applicable advertiser, and we do not have access to this information. Some aggregate customer data is shared with the advertisers. 

COPPA Compliance
FANTRAC and its partners are committed to protecting the rights of individuals who are under the age of 13. FANTRAC seeks to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act instituted on April 21, 2000. The entire COPPA documentation can be viewed here. 

FANTRAC DOES NOT COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to FANTRAC via e-mail or through FANTRAC-managed registration forms. If FANTRAC learns that you are under 13 years of age, we will not maintain or use any personally identifiable information about you without the verifiable consent of your parent or guardian, except as allowed by law.

Security
FANTRAC takes technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all visitors' information and our client's data.  This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.   All of our employees are aware of the importance of keeping any information that is disclosed within the e-mail confidential and only will disclose it to others within our organization or partners or clients that need to see it in order to respond to your inquiries

We need you to be responsible and read and understand this Privacy Policy before submitting information into our registration forms. In the event that FANTRAC is sold or merged with another company, FANTRAC may transfer information it collects, including any personal information, to the new company who will abide by a similar privacy policy.

How We Notify You of Changes to our Privacy Policy
Whenever we change our privacy policy, we will post a notice on our Web site indicating that a new version is available. If FANTRAC changes how it uses a users personally identifiable information, the user will be notified by e-mail and they may opt-out at that time.

Permission-Based Marketing is Our Philosophy
Before our clients can utilize FANTRAC's e-mail marketing services, the client must commit to us that their consumers have agreed to receive such e-mail messages. By supporting permission-based e-mail, we allow individuals to identify personal preferences and needs, and then only communicate with them regarding those specific areas for which they have identified an interest. Using our unique opt-in survey methodology, we truly can understand the individuals' personal needs and tailor communication accordingly.

Prospecting Services Deliver Only Targeted Information
The prospecting services provided by FANTRAC are targeting services that allow companies to find individuals who would be most interested in using their products and services. These services give companies the ability to send very targeted communication to a very targeted audience. At any time, if an individual wishes to be removed from these databases, he or she may choose to opt out and be eliminated from the database.

Choice/Opt-Out
FANTRAC makes it easy for individuals to change their information requests or opt-out of future communications from FANTRAC altogether. Whether they sign up for FANTRAC-powered e-mail communications from a client or register a FANTRAC product and request future product news, they'll be informed of easy opt-out instructions with each communication should they decide to remove their name from our databases.
